Aston Villa fans have been responding on Twitter to latest signing Mbwana Samatta’s first post as a Villa player.
This comes after the striker shared a post on his Twitter page for the first time after officially being announced as a Villa player.
The Tanzanian said it is now time to give “100% for the team.”

The 27-year-old signed for the Birmingham club on Monday from Belgian side KRC Genk for a fee of £10.53 million according to Transfermarkt. Now that Samatta has taken to Twitter to show he is ready for the next chapter in his career, a lot of Villa fans have been getting excited by his arrival.

What do we think?
It will be encouraging for the Villa fans to know that Samatta is happy to be at the club and ready for the challenge ahead. With Villa currently sitting in 18th place in the Premier League table, Samatta will be under pressure to score the goals that can get Villa some much-needed points.
