Aston Villa fans have been expressing their frustrations on Twitter after it was reported that the club will make no more signings this month.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @villareport shared a post on their page relaying news originally shared by John Percy via The Telegraph’s transfer deadline day live blog at 10:35 am that the club “are not expected” to make any more transfers this month.
Do Villa need to make anymore signings this month?
Yes

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were not happy with this latest update.

The three incoming transfer signings Villa have made so far this month are Danny Drinkwater, Pepe Reina and Mbwana Samatta (per Transfermarkt). Despite making these signings, lots of Villa fans are not happy that the club will reportedly not be bringing in another player this month.

What do we think?
It’s understandable why so many Villa fans are not happy with their club’s recruitment so far in this January transfer window. The club haven’t actually strengthened in any department other than where they needed to replace the players that are currently injured like John McGinn, Tom Heaton and Wesley.
