While his tactics on the field have helped win him football matches, it is Steven Gerrard’s wit and decorum that have helped him win the hearts of Rangers fans. The English boss was on fine form yet again in his pre-match press conference before the Ger’s match-up against Aberdeen.
“We thrive and enjoy the atmosphere up there, the players have faced challenges such as Legia and Feyenoord so I don’t think any of my players will be intimated by Pittodrie,” said Gerrard (Rangers).
The manager is clearly not phased by the thought of playing Aberdeen and encourages his players not to be as well. The fans loved what he had to say.

What do we think?
Rangers fans are enjoying watching Gerrard win on the football field and in press conferences. He is entertaining the fans in so many ways. It will all be for nothing if he can’t win them silverware though. But with the way the team are playing, that doesn’t look unlikely.
