A lot of Rangers fans have ripped into Filip Helander ahead of Sunday’s Cup Final clash with Celtic.
Should Helander be dropped?
Yes
No
Rangers drew 2-2 with Aberdeen last night. The big Swede partnered Connor Goldson and has received criticism for his lack of pace and poor ability on the ball, and some Rangers fans do not want him to be playing for them.
Helander is painfully slow, and too weak for a CB. I just don’t see it with him.

Don’t agree at all m8.
Helander can’t run, tackle, looks like bambi on ice with the ball at his feet and can’t even win aerial balls in the box.
Goldson is lacking in those areas too but his positioning is a lot better.
Katic and goldson for me.— ??RTID1872?? (@Sconner1872) December 4, 2019
Helander was howling tonight as well as Goldson, Flanagan at lb was shambolic.

What do we think?
Helander, who is valued at £1.8m by Transfermarkt, joined from Bologna in the summer and took a while to get up to speed, but since then, he has played 15 games and scored two goals.
However, a lot of Gers supporters are worried that his lack of pace will become a real issue.
Gerrard was furious that his team threw away a two-goal lead, and he may well make wholesale changes as he looks to win his first silverware as manager on Sunday.
Helander could have done better for both of the goals that Rangers conceded, and he could be dropped in favour of Katic for one of the biggest games that Gerrard has faced as Gers boss so far.
