This comes after the Liverpool journalist shared a post on his official Twitter page claiming that the club “will appeal to the Premier League for the right to wear the FIFA world champions badge in domestic matches” soon.

Jurgen Klopp’s side were crowned world champions after beating Flamengo 1-0 in the FIFA Club World Cup final on Saturday. This appeal comes after it was revealed that the Premier League would not allow Liverpool to wear the gold FIFA Club World Cup winner’s badge in domestic matches.
But now that the club have put in an official appeal in so they can wear it, it has got many Liverpool fans discussing the matter on Twitter.
What do we think?
It’s good that the club are appealing to the Premier to wear their patch as it shows the pride they have for it. Why the Premier League would be against an English team not showcasing their European win is a mystery.
