Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to praise their club for the transfer of Sadio Mane.
This comes after Liverpool fan and journalist Twitter account @LFCLaurie shared a post on their page on how Mane has exceeded expectations since his move from Southampton.
This post then led to many other Liverpool fans replying to the tweet agreeing with this assessment of the winger.
Is Sadio Mane Liverpool's best player?
Yes
No
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans praising Mane:
He’s our Main man this season, that price burden was paid since last season.
I wish for him to stay fit, healthy and inform to keep us in the hunt for long awaited premier league glory Laurie.— Richard Moshi (@RichieOfficial3) December 9, 2019
One thing that impressed me the most about him is his heading ability. You can’t find any winger as good as him apart from CR.

Same here and I’m so happy to be proved wrong again and again

One fan even suggested that the attacker has added £100 million to his value (Stated lower down).
Worth £136m now.

The Senegalese international signed for the Merseyside club back in 2016 for a fee of £37 million. Since then, Mane has made 144 appearances for the club, scoring 72 goals and picking up 29 assists along the way (Transfermarkt).
Now that Mane has become arguably one of the best footballers in the world, some Liverpool fans have been reflecting on his signing to the club.
I couldn’t have said it better myself. He has proven me totally wrong. We couldn’t be without him know he’s so important to us, he’s one of the best we’ve had in a long time

I cant believe people didn’t see the pure raw talent he had at Southampton.
That surprises me!— Fev (@SparkyFev) December 10, 2019
When he signed I thought ok let’s see how he does, looks promising but no way I thought he’d be the best player in the league and a lot of non LFC fans have started to give him the praise he deserves also. Great guy off the pitch. We are blessed atm with incredible talent. KLOPP!

Same, thought he was inconsistent and uninterested at Southampton and was fuming when he broke Fowler’s hat trick record, but he has proven himself world class and we are very lucky to have him

What do we think?
There wouldn’t have been many Liverpool fans that would have believed that Mane would soon become the club’s best player when he signed in 2016. But his time playing under Jurgen Klopp has seen the winger blossom into an incredible talent.
