Leeds United keeper Kiko Casilla has been included in the Championship Team of the Week, after his impressive performance against Huddersfield.
These Leeds fans were thrilled to see their 33-year-old goalkeeper Kiko Casilla be awarded a spot in the Championship Team of the Week. The Spaniard made three saves and completed just 13 passes against Huddersfield on Saturday.
Despite there being a case for many Peacocks players, like Pablo Hernandez or Jack Harrison, Casilla was the only Leeds player to be included in the Team of the Week.

Good, so he should. He should of been named MOTM at the weekend.

Is Kiko Casilla the best goalkeeper in the Championship?
Yes
No
Casilla has played all 21 games in the Championship so far this season, averaging a WhoScored rating of 6.95/10, which would only have increased the calls for the former Real Madrid shot-stopper to be hailed as the ‘best in the league’.

What Do We Think?
Casilla, who is valued at £2.7 million (as per Transfermarkt), is proving himself to be a top goalkeeper at this level, however, with the Spaniard being 33-years-old, you have to wonder if Bielsa will continue to use him in the Premier League, should they gain promotion this season. We think that the 33-year-old was the standout keeper from last week, with only Joe Lumley keeping QPR’s first clean sheet, perhaps, being a close rival.
