A lot of Leeds United fans have responded to Graham Smyth’s tweet after he stated that a Yorkshire Evening Post source has confirmed that Eddie Nketiah’s time at Elland Road is coming to an end.
Will Leeds miss Nketiah?
Yes, he scored some important goals
No, he started well but faded
This Nketiah story has gone on for a long time, and it is no surprise that he will be recalled after he only made one league start for the Whites.
Many Leeds fans had a lot to say about the matter, with a lot of opinions leaning towards a possible mistake.
Poor poor business from Leeds again this if the big loan fee rumoured is true

It’s a shame, perhaps hasn’t been given the chance to impress often enough. Still, I’ll wait to see who the replacement is before judging. Nketiah hasn’t exactly set the world alight when he’s played. If Che Adams’s comes in I’ll drop Eddie off myself on the way to picking Che up

God i dread firstly what the replacement will be but more dreading the damage that eddie will do at one of our competitors, can just see it now in the same way jansson has improved brentfords defence

Poor signing in the first place…. Always listen to the manager.
Bielsa wanted Kent we should’ve signed Kent. Now let’s see how much Andrea n Co are prepared to go for promotion.
Waste of everyone’s time and the club’s money in the end this.— Benjamin Thornton (@BenjaminTlufc) December 30, 2019
What do we think?
Nketiah is a 20-year-old striker who clearly is highly talented, but for one reason or another, he just has not convinced Bielsa of his abilities to start for Leeds.
Patrick Bamford is the Whites’ undisputed first-choice striker, and apart from a long goal drought, he has not let them down.
Nketiah has scored five goals this season, and all three he has scored in the league have been important.
The 20-year-old has won Leeds seven points this season, and though he won’t stay for the rest of the season, those seven points could be crucial for the Whites by the end of May.
