A lot of Leeds United fans were not happy with Helder Costa’s performance for the Whites during their 2-0 win over Hull City.
The 25-year-old winger, in their eyes, was poor throughout and must do some work on his final ball.
Should Costa continue in Leeds' starting XI?
Yes, he has quality on the ball
No, he has no end product
More to come tomorrow on tonight's game, ratings will appear online at some point, but I was really impressed with Berardi tonight. An excellent performance. Really efficient.
Costa another to stand out. He finally had space to run into and when he does he looks so dangerous.

Looked dangerous….. some of his crosses could have hurt fans in the stands…. last balls he played were poor imho

Costa was dreadful.
As was Hernandez.— Bruce Southside (@bruce_southside) December 11, 2019

Other Leeds fans picked out Gaetano Berardi as Man of the Match.
Berardi played brilliantly. An assured yet passionate performance

Berardi had two solid games at centre half and there was me worried..he is a good player when he doesn’t lose his head

Some other Whites supporters, though, thought that Luke Ayling had a good game.
Luke Ayling had a decent game last night. Good to see Costa getting himself involved, you can see there’s more to come from that lad.

Ayling superb, first half he was everywhere

What do we think?
Costa, who is valued at £10.8 million (as per Transfermarkt), was a threat throughout the match on Tuesday night, and he did create the goal as well as having a goal disallowed for offside.
The end product wasn’t there at all times, but his presence and willingness to run in behind the defence was a problem that Hull failed to deal with, so it comes as some surprise that a few fans were so harsh on him.
The 25-year-old, who will cost Leeds £15m next summer, had a difficult start to life at Elland Road but has now established himself in Marcelo Bielsa’s starting XI and has started 11 of the past 13 matches.
In that time, he has only scored once and provided two assists, but Bielsa clearly believes in him, and if he can keep getting to the byline, then he will definitely add more assists.
He can be frustrating, and it is easy to see why some Whites fans are getting annoyed with him.
However, Costa has proven himself in the Championship with Wolverhampton Wanderers, and if he keeps starting, the end product should arrive soon.
