Some Celtic fans are very delighted at how well manager Neil Lennon is doing at the club and feel that he is doing well enough to prove his detractors wrong.

The Hoops recently picked up another win in the Premiership recently, thanks to goals from Ryan Christie and Olivier Ntcham against Hearts. The Bhoys haven’t lost a single Premiership game since their loss to Livingston two months ago.

With a year coming to an end, it has been about ten months since Neil Lennon returned to the club to replace Brendan Rodgers.

Celtic fans: Has Neil Lennon proved you wrong?

He's done a fantastic job!

And some fans are delighted at how Lennon has done since he took over. They feel he is doing well to prove sceptics wrong.

Lennon took over the club in February, days after former boss Rodgers had left to join Leicester City in the Premier League. Rodgers’ Foxes side are currently in the top four in the Premier League and could be potentially challenging for the title.

Lennon helped the club win the Premiership at the end of last season and has already won them the League Cup by beating Rangers last month. He also helped the club win the Scottish Cup at the end of last season.

Lennon’s side have already progressed to the next round of the UEFA Europa League and they’ve made history already by finishing top of their group for the first time in history.

In his first stint at the club, Lennon had won the Premiership title three times. He had also won the Scottish Cup once.

What do we think?

Lennon has done very well so far in his second stint. There were people who doubted his abilities when he returned, especially since they had come out of Rodgers’ golden era. But the way Celtic have played has been worth appreciation. While the end of the season will be a better time for judgement, but he deserves credit for how things are now.
