Some Celtic fans are seemingly desperate to see former Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic play for the Hoops at some point in the future.
Ibrahimovic is set to have his LA Galaxy contract run out at the end of the year, with talks currently ongoing for a potential return to his former club AC Milan. Reports state that the situation about his transfer is getting complicated for the Rossoneri.
The highly experienced veteran has also been linked with a Manchester United return and reports had even stated that Jose Mourinho could want him at Tottenham. But the Portuguese later dismissed those reports.
Celtic fans: Would you like Zlatan at Parkhead?
Who can even reject Zlatan?
We've got Eddie!
But some Celtic fans are clamouring for the big Swede to come to Parkhead once his deal at Los Angeles expires.
Bring this exceptional footballer home !

Zlatan had joined LA Galaxy from the Old Trafford-based side in the March of 2018. He has proved to be a very important player for the Major League Soccer side throughout his stay there.
In his first season, Zlatan racked up a tally of 22 goals and as many as six assists in the MLS season of 2018. He had played only 27 games and became a crucial part of the LA Galaxy side.
This past season for the club, Zlatan’s numbers increased and he played some more games as well. The former Sweden international played 31 games and scored as many times for the club, racking up eight assists on the way too.
During his stint at United, Zlatan won the UEFA Europa League title in the 2016-17 season. He also helped the club win the FA Community Shield, apart from scoring twice in the League Cup final against Southampton to win them the trophy that season.
What do we think?
Zlatan, who is valued at £3.15 million (as per Transfermarkt), is an icon. But a move to Celtic will make zero sense for someone as prominent as him, even though they need another striker in January. Odsonne Edouard has been doing well playing as the regular striker and they need someone who can play second-fiddle. Zlatan won’t do that.
