Supporters of Wolverhampton Wanderers were delighted with the link between the Old Gold and Red Bull Salzburg’s Hwang Hee-chan.
As reported on Wednesday night by the Telegraph, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side is interested in the 23-year-old and while a move in January is possible, next summer is much more likely (via Talking Wolves).
With the general consensus being that the Molineux club needs reinforcements (per The Guardian), supporters were delighted with the link between the midlands club and the South Korean striker.
Wolves are reportedly interested in Red Bull Salzburg forward Hwang Hee-chan.

So far this term, the South Korean forward has bagged nine goals and a whopping 14 assists in 22 outings for his club across league and cup (as per Transfermarkt).
With the Old Gold supporters clearly keen on the £4.05-million rated man, some were delighted that Wolves had picked the right club to sign a striker from, but maybe that it should be one of Hee-chan’s teammates, Erling Haaland.
Would prefer there other Yorkshire forward with his release clause of €30m

What do we think?
At 23, Hee-chan evidently has youth on his side and is having quite the prolific season for the Austrian club, with 23 direct goal involvements in 22 games for Salzburg.
In January or next summer, it is clear that he would make a fine addition for the Old Gold, although shouts for Haaland seem a little far fetched at this stage.
