Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have fumed following a touted transfer rumour surrounding a move for Adama Traore to Tottenham Hotspur.
According to Football Insider, a number of Spurs’ senior players called on Jose Mourinho to make a move for the Spaniard following the clash between the two sides due to how impressed they were with him (via Talking Wolves).
With Wolves fans already furious over what they perceived to be a rough treatment of the 23-year-old by the North London club (via Tim Spiers), they fumed that the link had come about.

What do we think?
With the level of performances that the 23-year-old is putting in on a consistent basis it is likely that Traore will be on a couple of managers’ Christmas wish lists, but wanting and getting are very different things. It is certain that Wolves would be very reluctant to sell.
