Felipe Anderson was one of the only players to gain praise after a disappointing defeat against Wolves.
Anderson is yet to score in 14 Premier League games so far this season, however, the 26-year-old has managed to achieve three assists. Despite the poor stats, Anderson has managed to maintain an average Whoscored rating of 7.18/10.

How is Anderson on this list?? Looked to be the only one trying to anything with the ball.
Haller was up against 3 centre halves, so not sure how much more he could do when exposed.
Snodgrass was horrendous tonight with his chance, and general delivery.— Marcus Johns (@Johnsie31) December 4, 2019
Why is Anderson on this list? He was one of the only players trying!

The Brazilian finished the match against Wolves with a very impressive Whoscored rating of 8.14/10, which was the highest amongst any of the West Ham players.
Anderson was probably our best player today

Anderson looked really comfortable playing more central!

What Do We Think?
Felipe Anderson, who is valued at £40.5 million (Transfermarkt), definitely shouldn’t have been included on that poll, however, the 26-year-old only received 8% of the votes anyway. If you go by the post-match ratings by WhoScored, the Brazilian was actually the best West Ham player against Wolves. In fairness, the South American may not have been playing his best football recently, however it appears he was better than some of his team-mates on Wednesday night.
