After losing 2-0 to Wolves, Manuel Pellegrini is now under fire from the majority of West Ham fans
After a disappointing defeat against Wolves just days after beating Chelsea 1-0, Pellegrini is now being asked serious questions from the fans.
One positive from the match was the inclusion of Nathan Holland, who managed to achieve 19 minutes off the bench. Although not many for these fans were in the mood to praise the Hammers manager.
Would you sack Manuel Pellegrini?
No
Yes
Pellegrini: “I think it is more important to win our home games.” That’s….interesting. https://t.co/h0UdmRZzWu

Tonight he looked like a old man walking round his room looking were he put his keys. Hes hasnt got a clue time to go

So when are we going to try that and should we just not bother spending a fortune to travel to away games any more?

That’s the talk of someone managing a team trying to avoid relegation

What a depressing situation

The east London side has won just once in their last five matches, which could just be enough for Pellegrini to hold onto his job for a little longer.
We should be looking to win every game. What sort of a message does that send to the players. “It’s ok we’ve got an away game coming up so don’t bother trying to win it, put no effort in” It’s time to get a young manager in that has fresh ideas and can motivate!

I looked at him tonight & thought that’s an old man past his best in a young mans game.
We need a younger manager with fresh ideas & someone who can relate to 20-30 yr olds, he looked lost & had no idea how to change the fact we were losing

What Do We Think?
West Ham fans clearly are not happy with Manuel Pellegrini’s reign and, perhaps, it might be time to wield the axe before it’s too late. The Chelsea result was really just a surprise bonus and now doesn’t mean a lot when you can’t back it up against Wolves. We believe that the Hammers manager has until Southampton, if he fails to get a result there, then he could finally be axed from his role.
