With pre-match preparations well underway, Spurs fans are hoping to see a youthful side take on Bayern Munich in the final group game on Wednesday. 

Spurs travel to the Allianz Arena on Wednesday having already qualified for the knockout stages, but cannot overtake first-placed Bayern Munich no matter what the score. This means that the game is essentially a dead rubber for Jose Mourinho and fans are expecting to see a lot of rotation for the fixture against the Bundesliga champions.

Mourinho confirmed earlier in the week that top-scorer Harry Kane would definitely be rested for the game, which has led to a lot of fans hoping that 17-year-old Troy Parrott can make his first start in the competition. Other youngsters such as Ryan Sessegnon and Japhet Tanganga will also be hoping to make rare starts under Mourinho; who has often been criticised for not playing youngsters in the past.

What do we think?

The game is a dead rubber for Mourinho but you get the feeling that, like any other manager, he hates to lose, so it would be a surprise to see him completely change the team for this game. However, the likes of Parrott, Sessegnon and Lo Celso will surely be hoping that they can get some valuable game time in order to impress the new manager.
