Spurs fans have continued to be frustrated with Erik Lamela after the club revealed he was still continuing rehabilitation after his hamstring injury in October.
Lamela has been seriously injury-prone during his time at Spurs; with the Argentinian making just 200 appearances in over six years with the club. The 27-year-old joined Spurs from Roma in 2013 and was highly rated at the time but a series of injuries have meant that he has never really established himself as a first-team regular.
The Argentinian winger had started the season really well under Mauricio Pochettino and was exceptional in the 5-0 win over Red Star Belgrade; earning a 9.33 rating after scoring once and assisting twice. Unfortunately for both Spurs and Lamela, that was the last game he featured in, as a hamstring injury has kept him out ever since and after the club’s latest update, fans have seemingly had enough.
Should Erik Lamela be sold?

It seems as if the majority of Spurs fans have simply had enough of Lamela’s injuries and want to see him moved on in January.
What do we think?
When Lamela is fit and on form, he looks to be a top player; unfortunately, that seems to come a few times a season at most. It will be interesting to see how Mourinho views the former Roma man, as he may well look to move him on in order to raise some funds in the upcoming January transfer window.
