It seems as if Jose Mourinho is set to be reunited with one of his former Manchester United players in January, with reports suggesting that he could bring Marouane Fellaini back to the Premier League.
According to French outlet Les Sports plus (via Ricky Sacks), Mourinho has made contact with Fellaini ahead of a possible return to the Premier League; with the Belgian having left Manchester United for Chinese side Shandong Luneng in February of this year. The 32-year-old had made 177 appearances for the Red Devils and scored 22 times during his time at the club and was certainly a controversial figure in the Premier League.
The Belgian is showing his quality for the Chinese league; averaging an impressive 7.32 rating having reached 10 goals for Shandong already this season. Mourinho often opted to use Fellaini as an attacking route one option off the bench for United and may well bring him back to the Premier League.
Would Fellaini be a good signing for Spurs?

It seems clear that these Spurs fans are not keen on signing Fellaini any time soon and are praying that the rumours are false.
What do we think?
Despite Fellaini clearly not being popular amongst Spurs fans, the Belgian has scored 37 goals in the Premier League for United and Everton and would offer Mourinho an alternative option off the bench when things aren’t going his way. He would presumably come cheaply, with him currently valued at £8.55 million (as per Transfermarkt), and it would not be a surprise to see him back in England in January.
