The team had gone four games without a win in the league, facing tricky opposition along the way (WhoScored.com). But a trip to another newly-promoted team, Norwich, was enough to earn Chris Wilder’s side three points.

Each player has an important part to play in Wilder’s system. The Englishman has shown his worth in this game, making an impact in the vital win. Should the team continue to push on in the league, Baldock will have an important part to play. If he can continue to put in performances as he did against Norwich, it will only boost his side’s chances of finding three points.
