Manchester City are the only English club to remain unbeaten in the Champions League this season but their supporters are not getting carried away by that fact.
Pep Guardiola’s side were drawn against Shakhtar Donetsk, Atalanta and Dinamo Zagreb in Group C and these fans believe the draw has been kind to them and that their Premier League form this season proves that.
Will Man City go all the way in the Champions League?
Yes
No
Doesn’t feel like it! Bang average performances against bang average teams. City should have blown that league away!

What do we think?
City’s group certainly wasn’t the most difficult they could have faced however no game in the Champions League is easy and all the competitors are there on merit. Shakhtar Donetsk and Dinamo Zagreb both won their domestic titles last season and Atalanta managed a third-place finish in Serie A behind only Napoli and the champions Juventus.
Perhaps the contrast between the Cityzen’s domestic and European performances is what’s driving this general opinion and if that is the case you can understand why. With the Premier League title seemingly out of their reach and qualification to the knockout stages of this seasons Champions League achieved with room to spare, we will likely see Guardiola’s side shift their main focus to European glory – something the club have yet to achieve.
