These Liverpool fans have been reacting to footage of Alisson Becker losing out in the goalkeeper training.
Becker has been outstanding in the UEFA Champions League so far this season, averaging a WhoScored rating of 7.01/10 in the competition. However, in training, the 27-year-old’s usually flawless footwork let him down when taking part in a goalkeeping drill.

Since getting sent off against Brighton, the Brazilian keeper has played all 90 minutes of the last three matches, including an impressive 8.17/10 rated performance against RB Salzburg.
He unfortunately conceded against Monterrey in what was a closely-fought game, but that won’t bother Reds fans as their side managed to get the result at the end of the day.

What Do We Think?
Obviously Alisson Becker is Liverpool’s number one keeper, however, fans will be hoping that the Brazilian doesn’t repeat this mistake in future fixtures. With a busy schedule coming up for Liverpool, they are going to need their top keeper to stay in the solid form he’s been in for most of the season.
Liverpool struggled to put their trust in the likes of Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet during their time in-between the sticks at Anfield, but it’s safe to say that Alisson has earned the trust of the Reds fan base, even if he is liable to a mistake in training.
