Liverpool fans have been reacting to the latest images of injured star Fabinho on Twitter.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @Liddellpool shared a post on their page of two pictures of the midfielder on crutches at Liverpool’s 2-0 win against Watford at the weekend.

The images also showed the Brazilian wearing a protective cast around his left foot after injuring his ankle last month.
This post then led to some Liverpool fans replying with their concerns over the midfielder’s injury.

The 26-year-old suffered the injury in Liverpool’s Champions League clash with Napoli back in November. After limping off the pitch in the first half of the 1-1 draw with the Italian side, it was later announced that the midfielder would not return to action until next year.

Seeing Fabinho in crutches is undoubtedly a sad sight for the Liverpool fans. Until his injury in late November, Fabinho had been one of Jurgen Klopp’s star performers this season. In 11 Premier League appearances before his injury, the Brazilian had averaged a match rating of 7.06 according to WhoScored.
The injury to his ankle ligaments was a huge blow to the squad, but the best thing for Fabinho now is to focus on his recovery and come back stronger when he is ready to play again.
