These Liverpool fans found Saif Rubie’s fine and ban amusing after James Pearce updated them on Twitter.
According to the Liverpool Echo report, Rubie has been fined £10,000 and also has been banned from acting as an intermediary for six weeks.
Some of the Liverpool fans feel that the punishments were light, especially as he’ll still be able to do business in January as the ban only lasts up until 15th January.

Unbelievable, like you say left out but players like Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott getting minutes for the European Champions. Bad decision that.

What feels better, the clean sheet against Bournemouth or Saif Rubie getting fined?
Saif Rubie's fine
The clean sheet
Bobby Duncan has played eight times for Fiorentina in the Primavera 1 youth league in Italy since leaving Liverpool in controversial circumstances involving his agent (Sky Sports), scoring three times and getting no assists.
Bit harsh. A ban for 10 minutes and a £1 fine would have been enough.

What Do We Think?
This news has finally put the Duncan saga to bed, so now both sides of the argument can move on with their careers. Duncan is getting game time for Fiorentina’s academy and Liverpool didn’t really require him at the club anyway. Fans clearly were not happy with the punishment handed to Rubie, however they will likely be hoping that it is the last time they ever hear his name associated with a player of theirs or one they may have an interest in acquiring in the future.
