17-year-old Curtis Jones was given some valuable minutes by Jurgen Klopp against Bournemouth during Liverpool’s 3-0 win on Saturday afternoon.
Jones managed to play 14 minutes in an impressive 3-0 win for Liverpool against Eddie Howe’s struggling Bournemouth. Considering that he is still so young, the midfielder has plenty of time to challenge for even more valuable game time.
Indeed, his introduction into the game sent many of the Anfield faithful into raptures, with a plethora of them delighted to see him make his Premier League debut. One supporter had even made the claim that the £1.35m-rated teenager (TransferMarkt) would be a hero in the making for the Reds.
76′ Robertson makes way and it will be a @premierleague debut for @curtisjr_10 – big moment for the youngster!

What Do We Think?
With Curtis Jones being just 17-years-old, there’s really no rush to get game time, especially when you’re at a club as big as Liverpool. However, if he can impress Jurgen Klopp, then there certainly could be more opportunities to play regular football for the senior side in the imminent future as the German manager may need to call upon him with the number of fixtures set to come up in December (WhoScored).
