Liverpool fans were treated to a training ground video from the club on Wednesday afternoon and fans were full of praise for Georginio Wijnaldum and Sadio Mane for their respective efforts.
The video, which was posted on the club’s official twitter page, shows Wijnaldum pulling off a wonderful piece of skill to lay-off the ball for Mane, who smashes the ball past the makeshift goalkeeper Roberto Firmino. Liverpool fans seem to love the atmosphere at the club at the moment with their seemingly fun training sessions perhaps one reason why Jurgen Klopp’s side are doing so well this season.
It is no surprise to see fans praising both Mane and Wijnaldum as they have emerged as two of the most popular players at Liverpool in recent years. Mane especially has become a fan favourite since joining from Southampton in 2016; with the Senegalese winger averaging just under a goal every two games for the Reds.
Wijnaludm has too proved himself to be a top signing following his move from Newcastle in 2016; with 15 goals in his first 160 games for the club.

Liverpool fans were clearly enjoying the video of the players and will be hoping to see similar confidence as they look to extend their unbeaten run throughout the festive period.
What do we think?
Liverpool players are clearly more confident than ever and have a great opportunity to really extend their lead at the top of the Premier League over the Christmas period. If Mane and Wijnaldum can produce skill similar to the one in the video in matches then they will surely be loved even more by the Liverpool faithful.
