These Liverpool fans loved this message from former Newcastle, Real Madrid and Reds manager Rafa Benitez.
Benitez managed Liverpool for a total of 350 matches and also won the UEFA Champions League whilst in charge of the Merseyside club. However, many fans may not know that the Spaniard is also a FIFA Club World Cup winner, managing to lift the trophy with Inter in the 2010/11 season.
Here’s what the Liverpool fans had to say about Benitez’s message:
Congratulations to Liverpool FC, the team and the fans, for winning the Club World Cup. #worldclubcup #ClubWC #ClubWCFinal #Liverpool

Who is the better manager?
Rafa Benitez
Jurgen Klopp
The Spanish manager is currently with DL Yifang in China and his side are on a two-game winning streak, with back-to-back victories over Guangzhou R&F and Henan Jianye in the Chinese Super League.

What Do We Think?
This was a nice gesture from Rafa Benitez, to take time out of his busy schedule to send a personal message to Liverpool, just goes to show the type of manager the Spaniard is. It’ll be interesting to see if Benitez will ever return to the Premier League and if so who would he manage. Perhaps a return to Liverpool when Jurgen Klopp finally leaves could be on the cards? It certainly looks as though many of the club’s faithful would support the idea.
