The midfielder has only managed to play 14 minutes in the Premier League this season, with the majority of his minutes coming in the UEFA Champions League, which is a competition that has seen the 24-year-old play 165 minutes across three outings.

Naby Keita, who is valued at £45 million (as per Transfermarkt), hasn’t been in the best form for Liverpool so far this season, with his only goal coming while away with Guinea in the Africa Cup of Nations. However, the 24-year-old did achieve a Whoscored rating of 7.57/10 against Genk, so perhaps Keita is now string to come into form.
