Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers made a number of changes to the side that beat Watford midweek for Sunday’s game at Villa Park.
Despite his tinkering, the Foxes continued their impressive winning streak, registering an eighth successive Premier League victory for the first time in the club’s history.
One of the players who was called upon was summer signing Dennis Praet. The Belgian arrived from Sampdoria during the summer but has been limited to starting just 25% of the club’s league fixtures so far this season.
However, you wouldn’t have thought so given the way he seamlessly slotted into the side and even registered an assist – something many fans have been drooling over on social media after the £21.6m-rated star posted on Twitter.
Has Dennis Praet earned himself a starting place versus Norwich City?

What do we think?
Prior to joining the East-Midlands club, Dennis Praet was linked with a number of big named sides. The Belgian made quite the name for himself in Serie A with Sampdoria and his acquisition was seen by many as a coup – highlighting the Foxes’ lofty ambitions and just how much of an appeal their project has to even those on the continent.
Praet has a huge part to play if Leicester City are to sustain their current League position. As the games come thick and fast, particularly through December, Brendan Rodgers’ squad depth will be tested.
