Everton supporters believe that Carlo Ancelotti’s arrival at Goodison Park could either be influential or detrimental to the development of Moise Kean.
In recent days, the rumour mill has been in overdrive surrounding the blue half of Merseyside, with the club’s hunt for a new manager deepening and the 60-year-old Italian touted as a possible route following his Napoli sacking (as per Sky Sports).
With the initial point being raised that Ancelotti would actually be good for the 19-year-old striker’s development (via El Pivote), some of the Goodison Park faithful were quick to point out that he could actually have a negative effect.
One plus of having a Ancelotti would be likely be the development and use of Moise Kean.

This just wouldnt work for me. He won’t be round for long, our club is a long project and needs some real passion and venom. He is a manager who likes to walk into an already world class dressing room

Kean has been bought for the future. Ancellotti is not renowned for his development of young players. He never stays long enough.

I’d rather he bought a decent striker than persist with somebody who still hasn’t scored in December

Would Carlo Ancelotti's arrival be positive or negative for Moise Kean overall?Positive, he will get the best out of himNegative, Ancelotti is too short term |
However, with a simply outstanding track record and 21 pieces of silverware to his name (as per Transfermarkt), some supporters agreed with the initial statement and believed Ancelotti and Kean to be a good fit.
I was wondering if that might be why we’re interested. Big outlay maybe someone to help bring out the best in the lad.

Was thinking about this yesterday, I think if he comes in it would be likely that we see the real start of his Everton career

Sticking with saturdays 4-4-2 formation might also help

What do we think?
It is clear that Moise Kean, who is valued at £28.8 million (Transfermarkt), needs only one thing with Everton at the moment and that is minutes on the pitch, there will be very little development without them.
So, should Ancelotti come in and regularly start Kean, as well as working on the intricacies behind the scenes, the 60-year-old Italian will be good for the development of his countryman.
However, if he finds game time as hard to come by as he did under Marco Silva, then Ancelotti would indeed be detrimental to the youngster’s talents.
