Fans of Everton love that the club’s latest top managerial target is Carlo Ancelotti following his sacking by Napoli.
According to the Telegraph, the 60-year-old Italian is the Everton hierarchy’s new frontrunner for the vacant hot seat at Goodison Park following his sacking in his home country (via Everton News Feed).
While Everton fans were keen for the club to give chase to the 60-year-old, they were ecstatic to see that the Merseyside outfit was actually targeting the star manager.

To add further fuel to the fires of the rumour mill, Sky Sports have reported that Everton is set to begin contract talks with the Italian to bring him to Goodison Park (via The Gwladys Street).
With the rumour seemingly having some truth in it, and believe beginning to spread that the move is possible, Everton supporters were ecstatic that Ancelotti could be appointed.

What do we think?
With a track record consisting of the gargantuan names of Napoli, Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern Munich and Chelsea, it is clear to see why Everton supporters are delighted with the club’s new top choice.
However, the aforementioned track record may also make it difficult to provide the Toffees with the pulling power to get Ancelotti, but he is worth a punt at the very least.
