Supporters of Everton have aired their love for a club post involving Lucas Digne where a 17-year-old, who was injured by a drink driver, meets the first-team squad.
On Thursday, the club posted the video where the 17-year-old, Alex, is invited to Finch Farm to meet the squad following his inspiring recovery following the incident in March (via Everton).
With the post acting as yet another example of the fantastic work that Everton does in the community, they heaped praise on the Toffees for their continued good work.

Is Everton the best club in the Premier League for doing work in the community?Yes, they're fantasticNearly but not quite |
Alongside Digne, Alex’s favourite player, a number of the first-team players were heavily present including Turkish striker, Cenk Tosun.
Despite having a less than desirable season so far (per Transfermarkt), many Everton supporters praised the 28-year-old, along with other players, for his involvement in the good deed.
@CenkTosun_ never gets the credit he deserves! He might of struggled since arriving at Everton but he’s a top lad and a true professional

What do we think?
Whatever you think of what goes on on the pitch with Everton, off it they are a club that is absolutely top class. As an ever-present figure in the community, the Toffees are rightly deserving of any praise coming their way.
