Everton fans have aired their feelings that they are desperate to not see Unai Emery appointed as the club’s successor to Marco Silva.
The swirl of rumours over who will be the Toffees’ next manager has gone into overdrive of late, with Carlo Ancelotti, Vitor Pereira, David Moyes, Rafa Benitez and Unai Emery just some of the latest names to be touted (per Liverpool Echo).
However, following a report that claimed that Emery had met with Farhad Moshiri and Bill Kenwright in London last week (as per The Athletic), Everton fans begged the club not to appoint him.

Would Unai Emery be a successful manager should he be appointed by Everton?Yes, he's a fantastic managerNo, can't handle the Prem |
The Gunners sacked the Spanish manager in late November, with a 2-1 defeat at home to Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League the final nail in Emery’s managerial coffin (per BBC).
Following his failed stint in North London, fans from the blue half of Merseyside were keen for the 48-year-old gaffer to find his next managerial job elsewhere.
Your mental, Emery a good coach but cannot speak more than two words of English, players openly said they didn’t understand him!

If anyone at @Everton is suggesting that Unai Emery should be the club’s next manager should be dismissed immediately

What do we think?
While his stint with Arsenal was poor overall, Emery has had successful spells with both PSG and Sevilla. One bad spell does not make a bad manager and some fans are perhaps writing Emery off a little too soon.
