On Monday night Wilfried Zaha spared Crystal Palace fans some blushes as he rescued a point during his team’s match against Brighton. While the team would have liked to have won, Roy Hodgson’s group had to settle for just one point when the game finished 1-1.
After the game, Zaha tweeted out to fans. He claimed that the point was massively important and that he had his sights set on next weekend’s match against Newcastle. Fans absolutely love the English forward at the club. Some see him as a king.

Others pleaded with Zaha to stay at the club until the end of the season. They would hate to see him leave in January, and tempt him with an opportunity to play European football at Selhurst Park next season.

What do we think?
Zaha is still one of the hottest commodities in English football if moment. If they can keep him at the club it would be a huge boost for the Eagles.
