It’s no secret that Sunderland fans are discontent with the team’s recent performance at the moment. The side haven’t won a game since their home win against Southend at the beginning of November (WhoScored.com). And with just one game between now and December, the team could go a whole month without a win.
But in the wake of an impending January transfer window, fans are beginning to discuss potential solutions to their problems. While it is unknown what kind of investments are likely to be made into the squad, it is almost impossible to avoid speculation.
Fan account, Speak Sunderland, asked fans what area of the field they would prioritize signings. But some supporters didn’t think the biggest problem is was on the field. They believe the problem lies in the boardroom and at the management level.
You forgot the boardroom option.

On the contrary, there are some fans who think there are problems in every position. They think a complete overhaul is required.
Shame we can’t select all those options

Why can’t I choose all?

How do you press all 4 at once?

What do we think?
While hitting the reset button seems like an unlikely solution, new signings do seem necessary if the club wants to compete in the league. For those who did vote in the survey, an overwhelming majority selected the striker option, they want to see a goal scorer brought into the team. Hopefully, for the fan’s sake, the club is willing to do something.
