Before Alfredo Morelos played in his second match of the international break, Rangers’ Twitter posted the kickoff time for the match. With the Colombia game set to start at one o’clock in the morning, fans would be forgiven for missing out on the viewing.
However, in response to Rangers’ tweet, these supporters confessed that they would not miss the chance at watching Morelos play. They’re not concerned about the time or the likelihood of a poor stream. They are willing to make sacrifices for the striker.
If you think I’m staying up beyond 1am on a school night to watch a country I don’t support then you’re absolutely right. Mon the Bufalo!

If you honestly think people are going to stay up ’til 1am to watch Colombia on a dodgy feed just to see Morelos you’d be absolutely right.

A few lucky fans were lucky enough to be off work the next day, while one fan suggested that he would be going in late just so he could watch.

Another fan lambasted the club for talking about Morelos and using the word ‘move’ in the same sentence claiming that it almost gave him a heart attack. They don’t want to see their star boy leave.
I saw “El Bufalo” and “move” and I nearly had a heart attack

What do we think?
It is clear that Morelos has won the hearts of Rangers fans. With the Colombian in such a fine run of form, it isn’t hard to see why (transfermarkt.co.uk). Sadly for the Rangers supporters who stayed up to watch the match, Morelos only played 45 minutes. With that being said, the 23-year old will be fully rested for his match on the weekend for Rangers.
