Most of the Leeds United fans were completely disinterested in some big-name players such as Martin Olsson, Mile Jedinak, Wilfried Bony and Hatem Ben Arfa.
Many of the players that are currently available according to Yorkshire Evening Post are household names, so it’s surprising to see so many Leeds fans dismiss most of them.
Perhaps they believe their young players have a lot more longevity, however, this could be a big mistake, as having experienced players when trying to push for promotion is extremely valuable.
If #LUFC considered the free agent market, who would you like to see Marcelo Bielsa sign? https://t.co/wKy91RyqN4

Absolutely none of them

Not one of them!

No point signing any of them. He’d have them play in the 23’s for six months anyway.

None. Jedinak the best of the bad bunch but we don’t need him.

Some other notable names on the list are Jonathan Biabiany, Obafemi Martins, Jack Rodwell and Joe Ledley.
None of them! Give youth a chance

No point, look how long it’s taken Costa to get up to speed with how we play, take a look at our under 23s now that’s where I’d be getting em from especially @Ryan_edmondson9

What Do We Think?
Adding one of these players could hurt Leeds, as being stubborn about using youthful players only could come to haunt them, should they miss out on promotion again.
Players such as Ben Arfa and Bony could bring some crucial knowledge and experience because of their previous stints of playing in a wide variety of leagues and at different levels, whilst they could also bring some added creativity and goal-threat to a side that appear to be struggling at times.
However, with that being said, it might be difficult to tempt some of the aforementioned names to Elland Road in any case, as wages and Championship football might not be where some of the individuals currently see their career at.
