Leeds United fans are calling for Ezgjan Alioski to get a place in the starting lineup on Saturday after his performance against Reading.
Alioski only played 24 minutes off the bench against Reading, however, he clearly made an impact in the short space of time, which can be seen by the number of fans that are crying out for his inclusion in the squad. The 27-year-old’s average Whoscored rating in the Championship is 6.87/10 so far this season.

Superb impact last night. His energy alone was brilliant like always.

Like to see him back personally. Injects pace and energy which we’ve been lacking recently. I know he’s frustrating but it seemed players were feeding off his energy late in the game last night which made a difference.

All of these fans were full of praise for their Macedonian full-back, Marcelo Bielsa must also appreciate the 27-year-old, with Alioski playing 991 minutes so far this season.
Alioski left back and Dallas right back would be our best fullback pairing imo

It’s also creating great competition for places. When he came on, Alioski made it known he was fit again. Great performance.

What Do We Think?
Alioski, who is valued at £4.05 million (as per Transfermarkt), should be starting every game unless it’s a cup game, then Leif Davis should be playing. The 27-year-old is without a doubt Leeds United’s best left-back, so to leave him out of the lineup should only be for injury or suspension concerns.
