Some Chelsea fans have taken to Twitter to share their hope with the latest injury update on Christian Pulisic.
This flurry of comments came after Chelsea journalist Simon Phillips shared a tweet on his page reporting that Pulisic has been ruled out of the United States’ matches against Canada and Cuba after suffering a hip injury during Chelsea’s win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.
This tweet then gathered a lot of replies from Chelsea fan who were pleased to hear that Pulisic wouldn’t be playing a part for his national team during the international break.
Here’s a sample of Chelsea fans hopeful with Pulisic’s injury update:

He smashed into the post when he scored against Palace .. let’s hope it’s nothing serious and he’s fully fit for Man City

The winger caused a concern when he appeared to have crashed into the goal post hurting his hip during the 2-0 win.
This slight injury concern has made the winger drop out of the USA national team for the upcoming international break, much to the delight of some Chelsea fans:
Full rest ahead of City then. Get well soon

What do we think?
Given the great run of form the American has been on recently, it makes sense that the Chelsea fans don’t want him to take any risks injury-wise, especially in the run-up to their clash against Manchester City.
Pulisic’s debut Premier League season has seen the winger, who is currently valued at £54 million, according to TransferMarkt, score five goals and grab six assists in his 14 appearances in all competitions.
