Wolverhampton Wanderers supporters have tipped Connor Ronan for a first-team future after clip on social media.

On Friday afternoon, Tim Spiers shared a Twitter post from the Ireland FA, which showed the 21-year-old making a no-look back-heel pass to a teammate for Ireland Under-21s (as per FA Ireland).

With supporters enjoying the silky pass from their on-loan youngster, many began to rate his first-team chances highly.

The youngster, who was awarded a new contact by Wolves in the summer of this year (per Wolves), is midway through a successful loan spell to the Slovakian Fortuna Liga (per Transfermarkt).

In 11 league games for the Dunajska Streda this term, the 21-year-old Irishman has laid on three assists for teammates and scored a goal in Europa League qualifying (via Transfermarkt).

With supporters gushing over his latest display of talent, fans were in anticipation of some game time for the Old Gold.

What do we think?

The pass is certainly an extremely silky one and a good, if short, display of the youngster’s class.

With Nuno Espirito Santo’s belief in the Molineux youth system (per Express and Star), supporters may get to see Ronan appear in the gold shirt once again in the future, having already made 13 appearances.
