Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have buzzed over Portuguese midfielder, Joao Moutinho, signing a new contract with the club until 2022.
Following the clash with Bournemouth on Saturday, it was announced the 33-year-old middleman had put pen to paper which would see him stay at Molineux for a further two seasons after this term (as per Wolves).

Great decision by the player and the club, a good fit and proving to be worth every penny of his £5 million fee a real steal.

What do we think?
The Portuguese midfielder is certainly showing his class so far this term, with an impressive 7.05/10 average rating for the season so far (as per Whoscored).
While there seems to be no signs that the 33-year-old will be past it anytime soon, a deal for another two years after this term makes sense for all parties and supporters are rightly delighted.
