Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have aired their delight over the way that Max Kilman is progressing for the Old Gold.

The 22-year-old defender has featured for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side on five occasions this term, across the Europa League and Carabao Cup, and is impressing his gaffer with each passing game.

Espirito Santo recently said (Express and Star, 8th November 2019): “each time he goes onto the pitch he feels better,”, which supporters could not agree more with.

The 22-year-old Englishman signed for the Old Gold in the summer of 2018 from Maidenhead United and has 25 England futsal caps to his name (per Daily Mail).

Picking up an average rating of 7.02/10 for the season so far (as per Whoscored), it is clear to see why Wolves supporters rate the young defender so highly.

What do we think?

It is clear that the Englishman is highly rated by his Portuguese gaffer (per Express and Star) and that he is in the best possible place to continue his progression (via Express and Star).

Kilman picked up an impressive 8/10 rating in his last outing (per Express and Star), the 1-0 Europa League victory over Slovan Bratislava, which was better than Leander Dendoncker and Conor Coady, who both picked up a 7/10.

If he can continue to impress his boss and the Old Gold faithful when presented with first-team opportunities, he will certainly be one to watch out for in the future.
