Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have shared their admiration for Mexican striker, Raul Jimenez, on Twitter.

The 28-year-old attacker netted his fourth Premier League goal of the season on Saturday, in Nuno Espirito Santo’s side’s 1-1 draw away to Arsenal (via The Guardian).

With the goal marking his 11th of the season in all competitions, having netted seven in the Europa League (per Transfermarkt), fans could not help waxing lyrical over their Mexican frontman.

The 28-year-old signed for Wolves over the summer in a club-record signing for £30 million from Benfica (as per BBC), having spent last season on loan at Molineux (via Transfermarkt).

The Mexican forward has netted on 28 occasions for Wolves, also assisting 11 in his 64 appearances for the club (per Transfermarkt).

Having been the goalscoring hero in the Old Gold’s latest outing (Daily Mail), many fans were left reliving the moment of Jimenez’s equaliser on Saturday.

What do we think?

Over the course of his season on loan at Wolves last term, and since his £30-million re-arrival at Molineux, the Mexican 28-year-old has been fantastic for Espirito Santo’s side (per Transfermarkt).

Picking up an 8/10 in Wolves’ latest outing (as per Express and Star), and bagging the equaliser for a vital point, Jimenez is showing no signs of his form slowing down.
