West Ham United fans have been left unimpressed by Manuel Pellegrini’s comments about Robert Snodgrass’s performance.
The midfielder scored the opener against Sheffield United last weekend, but the Scotsman was surprisingly substituted in the 86th minute when the Irons was searching for the winning goal after conceding in the 69th minute, as per WhoScored.
The Scottish midfielder also equalled the highest WhoScored average rating in the game against the Blades, with an impressive 7.6/10.
“I’m very happy for Robert Snodgrass. He did very well against Sheffield United. He is one of the players that arrived often in the box, and we need players who do that.” – Manuel Pellegrini pic.twitter.com/f0R9E2XVKM

How on earth are we in a position where snodgrass is actually starting let alone one of our better players…speaks volumes.
We have not progressed 1 single percent on the pitch since moving and thats a fact.— Westhamlee (@funkycoolers) October 31, 2019
Might be an idea to leave him on then

However, it appears a number of fans have had enough of the Chilean and have called for him to use his ‘stars’, otherwise look to pack his bags.
Pellegrini im not being funny but if you lose on saturday then im sorry you need to be sacked.

In Manny we have trusted, I believe 60,000 fans have been betrayed and badly let down!!! If we do not kick on from this day forward, then bye Manny and some of your “STARS”!!

What Do We Think?
It is rather clear there is some tension from the club’s faithful in regards to how Pellegrini is managing the side, with his decision-making appearing to be a main area of concern for a number of supporters.
Why the 32-year-old was subbed off at such a pivotal moment in the game is something only the manager will know, perhaps the Chilean wanted to give Albian Ajeti his chance to make an impact by scoring the winner, sadly for him and the club, that didn’t happen.
