According to ExWHUemployee, the West Ham United board are willing to let Manuel Pellegrini have at least three more games in charge.
Ex said on The West Ham Way podcast (35th minute, 27/11/2019) that he expects Pellegrini’s deciding game to be Southampton, when he predicts Lukasz Fabianski will be fit. Although Football.london believe the return date is 26th December.
West Ham have currently lost their last three Premier League games, leaving fans desperate for the manager to be sacked.
Would you sack Pellegrini right now?
Yes
No
The board will be backing Manuel Pellegrini as West Ham manager for at least the next 3 games. It is believed that the Southampton game could be a massive decider, with Fabianski back for it and them also not being in best form.

The general consensus of the fans is that the club will already be in a terrible situation by the time they sack Pellegrini, leaving a feeling that it will be too little too late for West Ham.
what a load of nonsense, that was any other manager with the run we have been on they would have been long gone, all to do with not paying him off

What Do We Think?
With The Telegraph saying David Moyes is on the shortlist of managers, fans need to decide if they feel the grass is greener with him. We believe if the board are going to sack Pellegrini, it’s now or never, as prolonging the decision could just make the situation a lot worse.
