These West Ham fans have reacted to the latest goalkeeper transfer rumour from Football Insider.
After multiple poor performances from West Ham’s current back up keeper Roberto Jimenez, the club have finally been rumoured to be in the market for a new back up. Many of the fans have thrown out household names such as Joe Hart and Jack Butland, but these may be hard to persuade to play as a number two behind Lukasz Fabianski.

There were also other concerns from the fans like what impact this news may have on the current keeper and if the damage has already been done by Jimenez.
Means they are worried about Fabianskis injury and long term impact

We’ll be in the bottom 3 by January, who’ll want to come to us then? Poor summer signing, yet again going for the cheapest option!

Must be encouraging for our current keeper !

What Do We Think?
This is good news for West Ham fans, even someone like Joe Hart could be an improvement on the current keeper situation. Roberto Jimenez has played six games in the Premier League and has a rather poor WhoScored rating of 6.59/10, meaning that most backup keepers will be at least as good as the Spaniard.
