Confidence at the London Stadium is at an all-time low. Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham United are in free-fall and currently find themselves in 16th place just five points clear of Watford in the drop-zone.
The pressure on their under-fire boss is mounting but there’s no sign of things getting easier as the Hammers head into a run of fixtures that includes games against Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Arsenal.
As this difficult run approaches, these supporters are fearing the worst.

What do we think?
On paper, the outlook doesn’t look great and you can understand why these West Ham supporters are feeling somewhat pessimistic. The likelihood is a new manager would also struggle with this run of fixtures too and perhaps that’s why the club continue to back Pellegrini.
The games versus Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea, in particular, will be emotionally charged fixtures given the rivalries that have run-deep for decades, so heavy defeats in these fixtures could increase the animosity towards Pellegrini and, despite the public vote of confidence, lead to an abrupt sacking before Christmas.
