West Ham United’s latest tweet updating fans about their loaned out players, has left some wanting them to return home early.
Some of the more high profile loanees are Grady Diangana, Josh Cullen and Jordan Hugill. All are currently playing in the Championship for respectable clubs; Diangana is currently playing for top of the league West Brom whereas Cullen is playing for Charlton and Hugill is at QPR.
Diangana is just 21-years-old and has already played 996 minutes in the Championship this season, also managing to score four goals and create four assists, while playing in the left-midfield role. Cullen is also enjoying life in the second-tier of English football, with 15 appearances, one goal and one assist from a defensive-midfielder position. Hugill has been the frontman for Rangers so far this season, scoring seven times in 15 matches proving his ability as a lone striker.
Six of our players out on loan were in action over the weekend…

I watched the 11 who weren’t. Absolutely appalling. With no points likely from now till January. Heads should roll.

I bet they were more committed than the ones at @BurnleyOfficial

Grady must come back as actually has pace, sorry WBA but we need him. Plus I’d rather put the grounds man in goal than Roberto

All of them need to come back!

Get them back then. I think we need them.

Agreed we need them all back in considering our desperate situation

Bring ’em back; they couldn’t do any worse than the hapless first team.

What Do We Think?
Recalling Diangana and Hugill could potentially save the club a lot of money in January, so for that reason, this could definitely happen, provided they have the option to do so. Both men are playing extremely well in the league below, which is a very high level of football these days.
