Spurs fans were greeted to the news that manager Mauricio Pochettino has no plans to walk away from the club this week, something which has split the opinion of a lot of Spurs fans.
According to Athletic journalist Raphael Honigstein (The Battle of North London Podcast) (via Ricky Sacks), the Spurs boss is still determined to finish overhauling the squad and doesn’t plan on leaving the club anytime soon.
The North London club are currently languishing in 14th place in the Premier League following a dreadful start.
Following the Champions League final defeat in May, Pochettino revealed his plans for a major overhaul of the Spurs squad, but was unable to move on the likes of Christian Eriksen and Toby Alderweireld; both of whom now look set to run down their contracts with the club.

It seems as if the majority of Spurs fans are happy with the Pochettino latest and will be hoping that the Argentinian boss can turn things around in January.
What do we think?
Pochettino has won 160 of his 293 games in charge of Spurs and given fans regular Champions League football to enjoy in his five years at the club. They have had an awful start to the season but it would be a shock to see the 47-year-old sacked by the club, considering his current contract runs until 2023.
If Pochettino is given time and money to help turn things around in the upcoming transfer window then it would be no surprise to see Spurs start to move back up the Premier League table.
