Everton supporters have reacted to Romelu Lukaku reaching 250 career goals on Wednesday night with Inter Milan.
The 26-year-old Belgian bagged for the 250th time of his senior professional career in a Champions League victory over Slavia Prague (via TalkSPORT).
While with the Toffees, 87 of those 250 goals came over 166 appearances in the blue half of Merseyside (as per Transfermarkt), which left supporters reflecting on their former man.

Imagine if he didn’t push his way out, we spend half the money we spent in 2017 and had him, Glyfi, Rooney. Then went on to get Digne, Mina, Gomes… pic.twitter.com/Omqa5m1Y6c

Was Romelu Lukaku Everton's greatest ever striker?
No, absolutely not
Yes, he was fantastic
So far this term the in-form frontman, who is valued at £67.5 million (Transfermarkt), has bagged ten goals in 13 Serie A games for Inter Milan (per Transfermarkt), paying testament to his somewhat doubted abilities (via BBC).
However, achieving 250 league goals by 26 is no mean feat and that left Everton fans missing their former striker.
How good was @RomeluLukaku9 for us?! Boy I miss him up front for us, he’s just what we need to get us out of this mess. #EFC #silvaout

What do we think?
On occasions during his career, Lukaku’s finishing has been called into question, particularly during his time with Manchester United, but his latest accomplishment goes to show what an undeniable talent he is.
Of course, with Moise Kean, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Cenk Tosun yet to produce a consistent run of goals this season, it’s safe to say the Toffees could do with their former man’s efforts.
