Everton Supporters were delighted to see Anthony Gordon feature in his first Premier League matchday squad against Southampton.
The 18-year-old youngster was included in the squad but did not feature for Marco Silva’s side during the 2-1 victory against the Saints on Saturday (via BBC).
With the youngster tipped for big things by his gaffer (via Liverpool Echo), many were delighted to see his first inclusion in a league, matchday squad.

The English youngster has impressed in the Premier League 2 for the Toffees’ youth set-up this term, bagging five goals and assisting two in eight games (via Transfermarkt).
With many Everton supporters already delighted for the youngster, more supporters were predicting him to make an appearance for some Premier League minutes before too long.

What do we think?
With some first-team minutes already the 18-year-old’s belt (via BBC), Gordon looks destined to start making regular first-team appearances before too long.
When considering the negativity that has been surrounding Goodison Park in recent weeks (as per Sky Sports), Silva may be better off riding the wave of positivity that would undoubtedly come from Gordon’s league debut.
